In Response To: RUC/RR status ppt, at NCEP last week (Stan Benjamin)

Every day around 14Z, the http://ruc.fsl.noaa.gov/rcpf13.html (RUC convective prob fcst) shows no fcst for the 12Z init. Could you check for errors for this time period? THANKS RUSTY
