Rich,  Thanks for pointing this out. KLRD has been flagged from use in all FSL RUC runs (including the official backup to the operational RUC20 at NCEP) as of 23z last evening. A request has been put in at NCEP to add KLRD to a list of surface stations to be flagged there. Stan
