The NWS Committee for Analysis and Forecast Techniques Implementation met on Monday afternoon 8 April and gave its approval for the RUC20 implementation. It is still scheduled for next Tuesday (barring any major outbreak of severe weather, in which case it could be delayed for 1 or 2 days).
Thanks to all of you for your comments on this forum and especially to those who participated in the evaluation (all evaluation comments are in the TPB).
We'll post again when the implementation actually occurs, and as with the RUC40, plan to continue the forum for user questions, information, etc.
