Hi Rich, Thanks for letting us know about the problem with the TPB and PPT links. A PDF version of the RUC20 Technical procedures Bulletin has been posted to the same server. You can download it from: http://maps.fsl.noaa.gov/ppt_pres/RUC20-tpb.pdf I checked the PPT download and it seemed to be working, though it may appear somewhat jumbled in some browsers.
