ftp problems

There have been ftp problems on both servers for accessing RUC20 data. NCEP is working on fixing the problems at ftp://ftpprd.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/ruc/para/. The TG server at ftp://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/SL.us008001/ST.opnt/ is also currently having problems. Because of this, the NCEP RUC20 products from the FSL web page are not updating. The RUC20/40 comparison products at http://www.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/mmb/ruc2/para/ruc20.html are updating properly. The runs themselves are running without any hitches.
