Soundings from analyses and forecasts from the 20km RUC are available from Bill Moninger's interactive skew-t web site (http://www-frd-fsl.noaa.gov/mab/soundings/java). The 'MAPS' option is for the 20km test RUC running at FSL. The 20km soundings can be intercompared with those from the 40km RUC and with rawinsonde plots via the same java applet. It is a tremendous tool, and we developer folks have already used it extensively to assess the 20km grids.
