RUC 20 and BUFR files

I have be reading about the pending implementation of the 20 km RUC. The one thing that I did not see mentioned was the BUFR output "forecast sounding" files. Are they going to be individual files for each station containing all forecast hours or will they remain as those horrible individual forecast hour files containing all stations? The combined station files are a real pain to deal with when you only need one station. Thanks! Phil
